My Camera

My camera is a piece of crap. Nearly all the photos I took in San Diego turned out to be garbage. I got a few ok ones. I can't wait to get one thats decent. But San Diego was fun. It was nice to go somewhere and relax.

I got the job too, I found out on Thursday morning. I'm kinda pissed though. I talked to my new boss that morning, and she offered the job, then said that they only had one concern. And I was like, ok.... She said, "You have a tongue piercing right?" I said I did. She said they were concerned about how I would sound over the phone.......That I might not be able to speak clearly.......

We are on the phone right now, are we not??? Do I sound like a retard to you? I wanted to ask her if she knew how stupid that sounded.... But of course I didnt. So, thinking this wasnt the real reason she asked me about it, I said, "Are you concerned about my appearance to guests who come in the office?" And she said no no no, it wasnt that at all. So I wanted to say, then what the hell is your problem? I said, I've never had trouble speaking before and no one has ever complained about it. But if you ever notice it to be a problem, I will be more than happy to remove the piercing. (Knowing I would probably walk out if they ever asked me to remove it) It wont be a problem, because it doesnt affect my speaking ability. God. So I was a little pissed about that. But whatever.

So I start on the 13th of June. My last day at the old place is the 10th. I'm happy, but it feels weird. I think because I'm hoping I'm not trading up crap for just different crap. I'm not going to go into it thinking that though. I think that would just make it crap for sure. Hehe.
