Previous question

Well, I just wanted to know about the tire rotation/oil change because one of my coworkers, I felt was taken. She took her Jetta into the VW dealership because they told her that only they can do the changes on Jettas. Well, I don't know if they told her that, or if she assumed. But she did say that she was told only the dealership would have the parts needed. And I was like, um....no, because we took our Jetta to Jiffy Lube every single time. So it kinda made me mad. I hate dealerships to begin with, and mechanics are much better, I always feel like they would easily try and take advantage of people.

So it just pissed me off that this was the 2nd time she took it in for the change and paid over $100 to get it done. Ugh. To me, thats rediculous. So that's why I asked in my previous post. I really dont know what a tire rotation would cost.
