Birthday to me

It's my birthday today!! Wooohoooo! 28! Gosh I am getting up there. I'm telling you, after 25 hit, it just started going by waaaaaaaaay too fast.

So, tomorrow, lunch at the pier with family and tomorrow night downtown Fullerton to party (barhop). Sunday, Erin and I are going kayaking! I've been wanting to do that for so long. So that will be way fun. And then Sunday night is the family bday party in Irvine. So it's going to be a birthday weekend for sure.

And even though I'm sick, today was the best birthday I've ever had so far. At work, people who I didn't even know knew it was my birthday were wishing me happy birthday, and giving me gifts, which I'd rather them not had, but it was really nice. Took me to lunch, bought a small birthday cake. It was really cool. Even ex-coworkers called or emailed to wish me a happy birthday. It's just weird I guess. Previous birthdays were never like this. So I'm happy even though I don't much like celebrating my birthday. :O)
