Woops

So I finally did it. I got a tongue piercing injury. I've chipped a couple of teeth, but that's not as bad as what I did the other day. Somehow it punctured the "webbing" sort of area under my tongue. Grossed out? Me too.

My tongue is still swollen but not nearly as bad as the following day that I did it. Talking on the phone at work was difficult. I had to speak slowly so as to not mess up any pronunciation of my words. Lol. Ugh. I tried to take the ring out after I punctured my skin, but it's on there really good.

I still am wearing the original jewelry they pierced my tongue with. I was never able to unscrew the balls to make the ring a shorter one. Which very well could be the reason I messed up my tongue. Yuck.
